Briana Harden

Briana Harden graduated with a 3.7 GPA. She was involved in National Honor Society, was a drum major in the marching band and participated in Outward Bound and student government. Her mother died in 2014, leaving her father to raise Briana, her brother and sisters. She intends to become an OB/GYN – because she is aware of “sexually transmitted diseases ... an increase in teen pregnancy and lack of care of women in [low-income] areas.” She wrote on her application, “I want to use my education to change the world.”
