About Project One

Our founder, Neal Emmons, is from a low-income, single-parent household, and when it came time to go to college, there were no savings to support his journey.

A family friend closed the financial gap with the gift of a scholarship. That scholarship helped change the trajectory of Neal’s life, and he wanted to pay the kindness forward. This is the very reason he founded Project One.
